  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup diced strawberries (plus more for serving)
  • 12 slices brioche bread
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the whipped cream cheese, honey, and diced strawberries until well combined.
  2. In a large shallow bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on half of the brioche slices and top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches.
