  • 200g spaghetti
  • 6 crusty white rolls
  • 500g ground beef
  • 500g tomato passata
  • 100g butter
  • 200g mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil, parsley, and garlic

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook diced onion until golden. Add minced garlic and ground beef; brown thoroughly.
  2. Pour in red wine, then mix in tomato passata, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, chopped basil, oregano, sugar, and grated parmesan. Simmer for 25 minutes.
  3. Hollow out crusty rolls carefully. Mix melted butter with garlic paste and parsley; brush inside and outside of rolls.
  4. Cook spaghetti until al dente, then combine with sauce mixture.
  5. Fill each roll with spaghetti mixture and top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
