  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 ½ cups White Sugar
  • 1 cup Softened Butter
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 5 cups Confectioners' Sugar
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Softened Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time.
  3. In another bowl, sift together flour, salt, spices, baking soda, and powder; gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  4. Stir in pumpkin puree until well combined; pour batter into prepared pan.
