  • 2 (3.4-ounce) boxes instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅛ cup water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½1 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and pistachio pudding mixes. Add eggs, vegetable oil, water, and sour cream; stir until smooth.
  3. Grease two loaf pans and pour the batter evenly into each.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. While cooling, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with melted butter, almond extract, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
