Instructions

  3. Gradually add flour and chopped pecans while mixing on low speed until just combined.
  4. Shape the dough into a 2-inch log, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Slice the chilled dough into half-inch rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly golden.
