  • 1/2 lb. penne pasta
  • 15 oz. fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix Cajun seasoning in a bowl; set aside.
  2. Dice chicken into cubes and coat with seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet; sauté seasoned chicken until browned.
