  • 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 rolls, sliced in half)
  • 3/4 pound cooked deli ham (thinly sliced)
  • 3/4 pound Swiss cheese (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Slice the rolls in half while keeping them connected.
  3. Layer the bottom half of the rolls with half the ham, then Swiss cheese, followed by the remaining ham. Place the top half of rolls on.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the top of the sliders evenly.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and let sit for 5-10 minutes before baking.
  7. Bake covered for 20 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until crispy.
  8. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
