  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 Tbs unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • sticks unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and active dry yeast. Let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
  2. Add egg, bread flour, granulated sugar, kosher salt, and softened butter. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a towel, and let rise in a warm place until doubled (60-90 minutes).
