- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 12 soft pull-apart rolls
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- ½ cup sliced pickles
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Press into a greased baking dish.
- Bake the beef patty for 15-20 minutes until medium doneness.
- Slice buns in half and place the bottom halves in another baking dish. Spread mustard on the buns.
- Layer cooked beef patty, pickles, and cheese on the buns. Place the tops of the buns back on.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and sesame seeds; brush this mixture over the bun tops.
- Bake again for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve.
