  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring well. Gradually pour in seafood stock and heavy cream, simmering until thickened (about 5 minutes).
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  5. Transfer the filling into a greased baking dish.
  6. Combine biscuit mix with cheddar cheese and milk until dough forms. Spoon dollops over the filling.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
