  • 7 cups Rice Chex Cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 18 fun-size Butterfinger candy bars (15 crushed, 3 chopped for garnish)
  • 1 ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir to coat evenly.
  5. Add crushed Butterfinger bars and mix well.
  6. Coat with powdered sugar using either the sprinkle method or by shaking in a ziplock bag.
  7. Spread on a baking sheet to dry. Top with chopped Butterfinger before serving.
